Message from Tsuruga Wakasanojo

Thank you for coming to today’s performance at a time when the cherry blossoms are in full bloom.
I would also like to thank everyone who came to the Natori Ohirome Gala Shinnai Concert last November.
This year, I will be doing performances and workshops at elementary schools in various locations in Japan at the request of the Agency for Cultural Affairs. Together with my students, I want to work hard to pass shinnai bushi to the next generation.
I hope that you will enjoy today’s performance.
